The rules of the road.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hwehw3, the local business directory operated by Hwehw3 Ghana Ltd. ("Hwehw3", "we", "us"). By creating an account, submitting a business listing, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you're creating or managing a listing on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to act for that business and to agree to these Terms on its behalf.

Hwehw3 lets consumers browse and search for local businesses by category and city, and lets business owners create, claim, and manage listings. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or listing, and keep it up to date.

You're responsible for anything that happens under your account, so keep your login credentials confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

A business listing must represent a real, operating business. We may verify, edit for clarity, approve, reject, suspend, or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or that otherwise violate these Terms — for example, listings for prohibited goods or services, or listings created for a business the submitter doesn't own or represent.

The WhatsApp number, phone, and other contact details on your listing must be numbers you actually monitor and respond to — this is the primary way consumers will reach you.

Consumers may browse listings, contact businesses, and submit reviews free of charge. Hwehw3 is a discovery and contact platform — we are not a party to, and take no responsibility for, any transaction, agreement, or dispute between a consumer and a business found through the directory.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the business. We may remove reviews that are fake, defamatory, abusive, off-topic, or that violate applicable law, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly post such content.

By submitting a review, photo, or other content to Hwehw3, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it on the platform in connection with the relevant listing.

Hwehw3 offers Free, Featured, and Premium listing tiers. Paid tiers are billed monthly through Paystack using MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, card, or bank transfer, and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your listing reverts to the Free tier. If a payment fails or a subscription is disabled, we'll attempt to notify you and may downgrade your listing to Free after a grace period.

Fees paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Contact initiated through the WhatsApp button, phone number, or other contact details on a listing takes place directly between the consumer and the business, outside of Hwehw3, and is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and the parties' own conduct. We are not responsible for the content of those communications.

When using Hwehw3, you agree not to:

• Create fake listings, fake reviews, or impersonate a business you don't own or represent.
• Use the platform to advertise illegal goods or services.
• Scrape, copy, or republish listing data at scale without our written permission.
• Attempt to bypass listing tier restrictions, payment obligations, or platform security controls.
• Upload content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or violates applicable law.

The Hwehw3 name, logo, and platform design are owned by Hwehw3 Ghana Ltd. Business names, logos, and content you upload remain your property, subject to the licence you grant us in the Reviews and content guidelines section to display it on the platform.

Hwehw3 is provided "as is". We work to keep listing information accurate and the platform available, but we don't guarantee that any listing is complete, current, or error-free, or that the platform will be uninterrupted or fault-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hwehw3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, or from any transaction or interaction between a consumer and a business listed on Hwehw3.

You may stop using Hwehw3 or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts or listings that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Hwehw3 will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We may update these Terms as Hwehw3 evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
